What is SMSGELY?
SMSGELY is a business SMS service for Bangladesh. You can send single, bulk, group and scheduled SMS from a web dashboard, manage contacts and templates, see delivery reports, and connect your own website or software through the SMS API.
How much does an SMS cost?
It depends on your recharge amount: bigger recharges unlock lower rates. Non-masking SMS starts at ৳0.40 and goes down to ৳0.35; masking SMS starts at ৳0.60 and goes down to ৳0.55. The calculator on this page shows how many SMS a recharge buys.
What is the difference between masking and non-masking SMS?
Masking SMS show your approved brand name (for example YOURBRAND) as the sender. Non-masking SMS are sent from a number and can be used right after you sign up and recharge. Masking needs identity verification and Sender ID approval first.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. SMSGELY is prepaid: you recharge your balance and each SMS is deducted from it. There’s no subscription and no setup fee.
Can I send Bangla SMS?
Yes. Bangla and English are both supported. Bangla text uses Unicode, so a long Bangla message may use more SMS units — the composer shows the exact count and cost before you send.
Am I charged for messages that fail?
The cost is reserved when you send and charged only when the mobile network accepts the message. If a message is rejected or fails before the network accepts it, the reserved amount goes back to your balance.
